USA DeBusk is a best-in-class mechanical and industrial cleaning services provider specializing in servicing the downstream energy market. We offer the full suite of maintenance and turnaround services including hydro blasting, hydro cutting, hydro excavation, chemical cleaning, PEPTM polymer extraction service, vacuum services, tank cleaning, degassing/vapor control, FCC catalyst handling and transportation, and specialty turnaround services. Founded in 2012, USA DeBusk currently has field offices in 24 cities and continues to provide services internationally.

**JOB SUMMARY**:
Work with USA DeBusk and DeBusk Canada Service Group (USAD/DSG) management and Unit Decontamination, Clearing and Cleaning (UDCC) team, to plan and execute work USAD/DSG policies, practices, and procedures.

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Using USAD/DSG practices, plans, and executes detailed pre-turnaround chemical cleaning plans for Oil and Gas and Chemical Plant clients
- Instructs, provides feedback, and directs and assists crew in performance of job duties to complete work in accordance with client requirements, USAD/DSG policies, practices, and procedures.
- Supervises USAD/DSG employee policies and may remove employees from jobs when required. Writes performance reviews and submits to management for review and action.
- Reads work order and ensures all required equipment is available and operational prior to starting job.
- Inspects equipment and general work area prior to starting any job. Corrects deficiencies that may cause accidents, injuries, lost productivity, or harm to equipment or that are inconsistent with client’s requirements.
- Informs client as required regarding job status and client requirements.
- Performs preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment when required.
- Completes all appropriate paperwork and submits to designated management.
- Trains Technicians and Operators on-the-job in equipment operation and necessary paperwork.
- Operates all necessary equipment in service in accordance with operation training and safety procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Responsible for Environmental Compliance for Projects
- Participates in developing, and reviews project proposal or plan, determining time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project
- Assists in the planning and scheduling of projects.
- Reviews status reports and modifies schedules or plans as required.
- Prepares reports for management, client, or others.
- Confers with personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
- Coordinates project activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies.
- Ensures customer receives cost effective services in accordance with contract provisions.
- Primary liaison between customer and USAD/DSG operations in resolving service issues
- Supports customers throughout the relationship; seeking customer feedback; taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and/or loyalty.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**education/credentials**:

- Minimum 3rd Class Power Engineering Certification and/or Engineering Degree or Engineering Technology Diploma
- 5+ years Plant Operations/Maintenance Experience
- Compliance with Motor Vehicle policy
- Compliance with Drug and Alcohol policy
- Compliance with physical requirements
- Possess, or able to possess, a Canadian Passport for purposes of travel to the USA
- Working Knowledge of P&ID and process flow diagrams
