Pc Express Shopper/ Cashier

**Click & Collect Personal Shopper Job Requirements**:

- In-store shopping - selecting quality products
- Ensuring customer orders are accurate and ready for pick-up
- Answering any customer inquiries
- Handling POS transactions (debit/credit/gift card)
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Other duties as required

**Cashier Job Responsibilities**:

- Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
- Registers sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing and totaling customers' purchases.
- Resolve customer issues and answers questions.
- Bag purchases as needed.
- Processes return transactions.
- Assisting with shelf-stocking, clean up, and displays
- Keeping the register area neat and stocked with essential supplies

- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to work in a fast paced and team-oriented environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Being detail-oriented with basic mathematical skills
- Ability to focus on the satisfaction of clients
- Time management and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain helpful throughout the work shift and develop a courteous approach to resolving complaints
- Ability to walk, stand, and work with other team members to provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately

**AVAILABILITY**

This individual must be available to day shifts between the hours of opperation. Weekend availability is also required.
