We are looking for a talented Maya Generalist to join us on Seth Rogen's Animated Project for Amazon Studios Come and work for Stellar, where we hire exactly that - STELLARS

**Summary**:
Stellar Creative Lab is hiring a** Generalist**. The role requires a strong understanding of 3D asset creation, the CG animation pipeline, as well as industry-standard CG production tools and workflows. Communication and collaboration are key from asset creation to shot work and final delivery.

**Your Main Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Analyze farm reports (Deadline) for errors and diagnosis
- Become intimate with all assets/types used in Production
- Become familiar with all nuances of the asset and shot pipeline
- Report and repair discovered issues in assets/shots
- Liaison with CG Supes/Production daily for briefings and updates
- Attend asset/shot reviews as necessary

**Your Experience, Talents and Abilities**:

- 5 +years of industry experience in multiple disciplines
- Experience in Leadership roles is an advantage
- Expert knowledge of Autodesk Maya is a must
- Experience with Autodesk ShotGrid is a must
- Experience with Deadline render farm is an advantage
- Experience with Python scripting is an advantage
- Experience with Katana/Renderman is an advantage
- Experience working with cross studio asset sharing an advantage
- Strongly self-motivated but also work well in team environments
- Enjoys multi-tasking, solving problems and tackling technical challenges
- ** Eligible to work in B.C or Ontario**:

- This is a remote (work from home) position, but if you prefer to work from the studio this is also possible
