The Premium Acquisition & Reconciliation Administrator is responsible for providing guidance and support to our customers and our internal business partners who contact the Billing Service Centre on a wide variety of functions and questions related to CUMIS Life products and services. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, collecting and administering premium while providing billing expertise to internal business partners, individual members and our Credit Union clients.

**How you will create impact**:

- Resolve issues escalated from other departments, including researching and investigating into root causes and providing solutions.
- Resolve a variety of billing related inquiries from Financial Institutions and their members, as well as internal business partners. i.e., banking errors, explaining quotes.
- Collect outstanding insurance premiums from members while resolving any errors with payment accounts.
- Assist Credit Union members with monthly balancing process for all Creditor Insurance products: Single Premium, Monthly Premium, Group Mortgage Protection, Members Term Life and Self-Administered products.
- Investigate Financial Institution consolidated statements; reconcile and take corrective actions for discrepancies.
- Contribute to customer retention and recognize opportunities to educate Credit Union members around the benefits of insurance and their own unique individual coverage(s).

**To join our team**:

- Completed post-secondary education.
- Minimum 1-2 years account reconciliation experience or relevant work experience.
- Completion of LOMA 280, LOMA 290 and ACS 100 within first 2 years of hire.
- Proven problem solving and decision-making skills with a strong attention to detail.
