What You Will Do- Creating and maintaining the team’s land owner prospect database for municipalities throughout the GTA & GGHA
- Property due diligence and research for potential listings & new listings
- Municipal research including, new planning initiatives (official plans, secondary plans, zoning by-laws etc.), new transit plans, LPAT case statuses, etc.
- Digital map archive support
- Creating new database lists and verifying information
- Additional tasks as assigned
- What You'll Need- Eligible applicants are in 3rd year, 4th year, or the graduating class of 2024.- Valid class G or G2 Driver’s License with access to a vehicle preferredFamiliarity with the following programs is considered an asset:
- GeoWarehouse
- RealNet
- Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, PDF, etc.)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
