**Position Type**:Full time
- We have both permanent and seasonal (from April to November) full time positions available.

**Description of Duties**:

- Working on a High Rise crew to complete high quality work on budget
- Perform Window Washing
- Working with clients throughout the job process to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Completing work using the latest equipment and technology
- Go through company training and development program

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Experience working as a High Rise Technician
- Experience in rigging and high rise decent systems
- 2 + years experience working in a services or trade type position
- Comfortable with working at heights
- Able to work some evening and weekends when necessary
- Clean driving Record

**Compensation**:$20 - $35 (We pay using a piece work model that allows you to be rewarded for greater effort and allows for greater earning potential. Many of our techs rarely make less than $25 and can make upwards of $35-$40 on certain jobs/days). Skilled technicians can average more than $30/hr.

**$ 1,000.00**
**Sign on Bonus available for experienced and certified High Rise Technicians.
