Property Underwriter

**PROPERTY UNDERWRITER
**We are seeking a motivated, cooperative individual who is committed to working in a dynamic
atmosphere. We have an immediate opening for a permanent full-time Property Underwriter.
Located in Exeter and upon completion of training we offer a hybrid work environment.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Assess and evaluate risks including new business, renewals and endorsements
- Respond to queries from agents and brokers in a timely and professional manner
- Evaluate and assess information for pricing, claims information, and inspection reports

**Education/Work Experience**:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent training and work experience***

Completion or commitment to achieve Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP)
designation** ** General knowledge of residential, farm and commerical risk assessment and rating** ** Automobile underwriting experience would be considered an asset**
