Ce poste est à pourvoir au sein de LBC Tech, une filiale de la Banque Laurentienne.

L’administrateur principal ou l’administratrice principale, Successions, assure la gestion des règlements de succession des clients, de manière opportune, efficace et précise. Le ou la titulaire du poste doit réviser, traiter, documenter et remplir les déclarations fiscales, en plus de répondre, efficacement et rapidement, aux demandes internes et externes concernant les règlements de succession, en assurant le respect des exigences réglementaires.

**Responsabilités**
- Réviser, recevoir et rassembler les documents successoraux.
- Communiquer avec les exécuteurs testamentaires du client par écrit à propos de documents manquants ou incomplets.
- Effectuer des recherches dans tous les systèmes de la Banque Laurentienne pour trouver les avoirs du client.
- Traiter toutes les opérations requises dans les systèmes de la Banque Laurentienne.
- Calculer les positions fiscales, le cas échéant.
- Se tenir au courant des lois en vigueur, ainsi que des politiques et des procédures.
- Comprendre et suivre les processus, les politiques et les procédures en place concernant les comptes de succession, tout en assurant une gestion efficace, efficiente et transparente, et en fournissant un service à la clientèle de qualité.
- Colliger des données et produire des rapports sur l’état de la productivité, le volume et l’exactitude, et signaler les problèmes concernant les échéances.
- Réaliser toutes les autres tâches et projets spéciaux qui peuvent lui être confiés.

**Qualifications**
- Diplôme d'études post-secondaires dasn un domaine connexe ou expérience de travail équivalente
- Au moins 2 ans d'expérience et connaissance des lois et des processus concernant les successions
- Cours IFIC ou cours sur le commerce des valeurs mobilières du Canada, souhaitable
- Capacité de communiquer avec les clients tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit à propos des question générales sur les successions, les fiducies, la fiscalités et les finances, y compris la conjoncture économique
- Très bonnes connaissances des systèmes (T24, CPS, Workdesk) et des produits pertinents (prêts à l'investissement, comptes enregistré, REER et FERR)
- Grandes compétences en relations interpersonnelles et forte capacité à travailler en équipe
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale
- Excellentes compérences organisationnelles et en gestion du temps, et grand souci du détail
- Solides compétences en informatique (utilisation des logiciels Word et Excel de Microsoft)
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais), indispensable.
