**The IT manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and secure operations of our technology infrastructure. They play a pivotal role in overseeing the technical aspects of our IT systems, including network administration, systems administration and security.**:
**What you will be doing**:

- Design, implement, and maintain the organization's network infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless connectivity.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize network efficiency and implement scalable solutions.
- Manage and maintain servers, operating systems, and related infrastructure.
- Implement and enforce system policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
- Respond to security incidents promptly, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of data.
- Lead and oversee various technical projects, ensuring successful implementation.
- Coordinate with other departments to understand their IT needs and align technology solutions accordingly.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies.

**What you bring to the team**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT management or a similar role, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA, CISSP) are a plus.
- Proficient communication and negotiation skills (verbal, written, presentation) and well-developed relationship and vendor management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and innovative mindset.
- High level of attention to detail, organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
