**T BELL TRANSPORT INC.** has immediate full-time openings for loader, grader, rock truck, shovel and grinder operators based at our Northern Ontario location.
**Essential Responsibilities**:
- Safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment ex. Dozer, Loader, Excavator, Packer and Grader
- Conduct pre-trip/walk-around safety inspections and completes daily Field Level Hazard Assessments for all activities
- Maintain heavy equipment in good operating condition, reporting and logging maintenance requirements or concerns
- Communicate effectively and professionally with other team members
- Be a leader of both safety and production for the team by ensuring compliance with all safety policies and procedures
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum one-years of heavy civil experience is preferred
- Experience in road construction/ subgrade
- Must have and maintain a valid class 5 driver's license
**Work Conditions**:
- Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditions
