We opened in April 2021 and have already broken barriers and been awarded the most educational cannabis hub in BC. North Shore Cannabis's mission is to eradicate cannabis stigma and educate the general public about cannabis use. **Provincial legislation requires all employees to complete their Selling it Right Certifications.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Customer service is our top priority. Only delivering **exceptional** customer service and creating meaningful long-lasting relationships.
- Maintaining knowledge of a wide range of products
- Providing customers with education about different cannabis-related products
- Maintaining a pleasant and organized workplace
- Strict adherence to all policy and compliance
- Meet sales goals
- Deliver cannabis products following guidelines and procedures
- **must have a valid drivers license**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

- NORTH VANCOUVER, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
