Position Summary:
The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for the preparation of batch labels and route packages, invoicing, printer and printer supply/maintenance, reporting and other clerical functions related to operations support.

Specific Responsibilities and Functions:
- Invoicing (including batch error tracking).- Prepare and scan Delivery Summaries and other supporting documents.- RF equipment support.- Stock printer and provide general maintenance as needed.- Release POs to Receiving as needed.- Ability to execute tasks in all warehouse environments at the Ajax Distribution Centre- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Working Conditions- Grocery is warm. Employees often wear shorts and T-shirts year round.- Cooler is approximately 1 - 2°C. Employees often wear jogging pants, sweatshirts, and a light jacket.- Freezer is approximately -15°C. Freezer equipment including thermal suits, gloves and boots are provided.- There are approximately 60 employees working per shift.- CSA approved steel-toed safety boots must be worn on the warehouse floor. Employees are reimbursed $100 per year towards safety boots with proof of purchase after 90 days of employment.
