**Process / Quality Control**

Reporting to the Technical and Environmental Supervisor, the Process/Quality Control position will be a full-time permanent position in the Technical Department. This position will be of interest to individuals have the desire to work in the composite panel industry, have superior computer skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the capacity to lead

**Responsibilities**:

- Be part of a team that oversees the facilities Quality Program
- Data collection, trending, graphing, and modeling
- Analysis and communication of quality performance
- Identification and implementation of corrective actions as necessary
- Cost management and leadership in continuous process improvement
- Development of new products as well as Sales and Marketing Support
- Technical support for mill personnel as necessary
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Understanding of Statistical Process Control
- Excellent computer, MS Office, and data analysis skills
- Strong Organization and prioritization skills
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal, communication, and technical writing skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment to facilitate and resolve issues
- Knowledge of the wood composite industry would be considered a definite advantage
- A keen, unwavering focus on safety procedures and protocols
- Valid Class 5 driver’s License
