Job Title: Framer - Construction Company (Nyce Renos)

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Interpret and comprehend construction blueprints, sketches, and drawings to determine project requirements.
- Measure, cut, and shape wooden materials according to specifications using hand and power tools.
- Construct walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components using accurate measurements and quality craftsmanship.
- Install and secure wooden frameworks, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with building codes and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members, including architects, engineers, and other construction professionals, to ensure project success.
- Follow established construction guidelines and procedures to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the construction process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
- Stay updated on current industry trends, techniques, and materials related to framing.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Framer or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and construction drawings.
- Proficient in using a wide range of hand and power tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent measurement and mathematical skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in carpentry or related field is a plus.
