**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of barbering services including haircuts, fades, shaves, beard trims, and styling, tailored to each client's preferences and facial structure.
- Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences, providing expert advice and recommendations for suitable styles.
- Demonstrate exceptional barbering skills with precision, attention to detail, and creativity, delivering high-quality results that exceed client expectations.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all clients, fostering meaningful connections and building long-lasting relationships.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to barbershop sanitation and safety protocols at all times.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide clients with the latest grooming services and recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Barber with a strong portfolio showcasing your barbering skills and versatility.
- Proficiency in a wide range of barbering techniques, including clipper cuts, scissor cuts, straight razor shaves, and beard grooming.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Passion for the art of barbering and a commitment to delivering exceptional service and craftsmanship.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and accommodate varying client schedules, including weekends and evenings.
- Valid barbering license or certification.
