**Lead Scrum Master / Head Of Initiative Delivery**

As a Lead Scrum Master / Head Of Initiative Delivery, you will lead the agile methodology at one of North America’s leading fashion retailers. You will be responsible for guiding the Scrum Masters and teams to deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the company's success by creating and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and enforce the agile transformation across the organization, ensuring consistent use of agile methodologies and practices;
- Train and coach Scrum Masters and teams on agile practices, principles, and values to achieve high performance and productivity;
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives;
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration, communication, and alignment between teams, stakeholders, and business units;
- Monitor and track team progress, impediments, and dependencies, and take proactive measures to resolve them;
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance, efficiency, and quality;
- Partner with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with the company's strategic goals;
- Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement agile strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
- 8+ years of experience in agile software development, with at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach;
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification;
- Experience leading agile transformations in large-scale organizations;
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills;
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
- Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus.
