Bedbug Technician

**Location**: Lower Mainland, BC (including travel around the Fraser Valley and Kelowna/Penticton/etc. for heat treatments)

**Pay**:

- Minimum $100 per job (standard services)
- Heat treatments: Average of $450 for a day of work in the Fraser Valley, with potential earnings of up to $700 for longer treatments
- Additional pay provided for treatments outside of the Fraser Valley to cover drive time

**Job Type**: Part-Time, Job-Based Scheduling (not hourly)

**About Us**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform bedbug inspections and treatments (chemical or heat, depending on customer needs)
- Handle and operate specialized equipment for heat treatments, including in homes, hotels, and commercial spaces
- Travel to various locations within the Lower Mainland and Okanagan Valley
- Communicate with customers professionally and effectively, explaining treatment processes and answering questions
- Maintain accurate records of jobs completed

**Requirements**:

- Valid BC driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Previous pest control experience preferred, but training can be provided
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
- Willingness to travel for jobs as scheduled, including occasional long-distance treatments
