ConnectWell Community Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor, contract position for 10 hours per week.

**Position Summary**:
The Clinical Supervisor will work as an integral part of the ConnectWell Developmental Services Team, using psychological and behavioural methods and theories to increase the wellbeing of children, youth, and adults who have or are at-risk of a range of neurodevelopmental conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, Global Developmental Delay as well as other mental health and neurodevelopmental conditions such as Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, anxiety and mood disorders. The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical supervision, guidance, and oversight to a team of Behaviour Consultants regarding their behaviour consultation, support plans, and strategies. The Clinical Supervisor maintains clinical decision-making responsibility for services, and as such, must be appropriately qualified to do so.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate degree from an accredited university at the Master’s level in applied behaviour analysis
- Actively registered and in good standing as a current BCBA or BCBA-D with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Clear eligibility for registration with the soon to be proclaimed College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario beginning July 1, 2024
- Clinical supervisory experience
- Experience with neurodevelopmental conditions such as Intellectual Disability and Autism Spectrum Disorder in both children and adults
- Experience working with families with diverse needs
- Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, sensitivity to different cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
