Early Childhood Educator Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement daily management processes and standards to enhance the operational efficiency of the center.
- Oversee the daily procurement needs of the center, ensuring that all necessary supplies and resources are available for the children and staff.
- Manage the recruitment, hiring, and evaluation of staff, ensuring that all team members are highly qualified and meet the standards of our center.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and standards pertaining to child care.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing environment that supports the educational and emotional development of young children.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the child care or early childhood education field.
- At least 3 years of management experience in a supervisory role within a child care or educational setting.
- Holder of an Early Childhood Education (ECE) certificate.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
