Position: Payroll Clerk / Commis à la paie - Bilingual

Location: Ville-St-Laurent, QC

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Job Summary: As the Payroll Clerk, you will be responsible for managing employee data, ensuring accuracy in timesheets and wage calculations, and that all is processed on time The ideal person for this role will possess outstanding attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills as being a vital point of contact to both internal and external relationships.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Prepare payroll related filings and supporting documentation,
- Assist in year-end tax document procedure, letters of employment, Records of Employment and other statements required by employees and/or government agencies
- Ensure every invoice sent out is accurate
- Invoices requesting specifics ; formatting, supporting docs, are sent to customers in a timely manner
- Resolve billing errors that other staff or customers’ flag

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Excellent bilingual communications both written and verbal (French & English)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Good time management and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Experience working in payroll environment - an asset.
