Baseball Umpire

Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Umpires. As an Umpire, you will play a crucial role in ensuring fair play and enforcing the rules of the game. This is an excellent opportunity for those who have a passion for sports and enjoy being actively involved in the game.

**Responsibilities**:

- Officiate games and ensure fair play by enforcing rules and regulations
- Make accurate calls on plays, fouls, and violations
- Maintain control of the game and manage any conflicts or disputes that may arise
- Communicate with coaches, players, and spectators in a professional manner
- Educate players on rule interpretations and provide guidance as needed
- Ensure the safety of all participants by monitoring the game closely
- Keep accurate records of game statistics, scores, and any disciplinary actions taken

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of the sport being officiated (e.g., baseball, softball, basketball)
- Previous experience as an Umpire or referee is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Must be able to remain impartial and unbiased during games
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as games are typically scheduled during these times
