**Logistics Clerk - Afternoon**

The Logistics Clerk position, under general supervision, is responsible for maintaining and managing all the logistics and administrative related activities within the department. This role is for the Afternoon shift (1:30 pm - 10:00 pm). **This Position is for the Skyjack Kitchener Location.**

**Performance Expectations**
- Preparation of shipping & customs documentation
- Contacting transportation companies, booking & tracing shipments
- Maintaining files and data base records
- Processions & matching invoices for payment
- Preparing reports, approving invoices and maintaining documents
- Entering the data in the system and keep it updated.
- special projects as required

**Credentials**
- College diploma in an administrative or Logistics related discipline or previous relevant work experience.
- Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experienced with customs/transportation requirements and paperwork
- Knowledge of import/export and border crossing procedures would be considered an asset
- Able to secure compliance and operation in agreement with applicable laws are regulations
- Able to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms with various levels of the organization and service providers
- Participate in training as required to maintain and enhance skill level and support other positions within department
- Very accurate and exact, great attention to details and energetic in all duties, working in a fast paced environment while shifting priorities
