We are currently seeking an Advertising Coordinator to join our Marketing team in Guelph. This role will be responsible for all advertising material development for EastGen in various forms including online publications and printed publications in Ontario and the AT.

**You will be accountable for**:

- Design and maintain corporate brand and sub-brand imaging in support of corporate communications, web sites, and marketing social media campaigns
- Design, development, and scheduling of marketing and advertisement materials for EastGen and partner companies
- Design and coordinate promotional materials including catalogues, corporate promotional items, display materials, brochures, price lists, etc
- Quarterly proof sheet coordination, ensuring updated pictures, data, pricing and bull designation accuracy for EastGen and partner companies
- Maintain sire presentation materials and picture files
- Develop and design special information sheets for field staff
- Coordinate zone meeting flyers
- General marketing team administrative support

**To be successful you will need**:

- College diploma in marketing or related business field
- Strong proficiency in desktop design software
- Attention to details
- Ability to design visually engaging materials
