We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled **Technical Writer **to join our Global Technical Support Team at Trackunit.

Our key focus is providing a seamless and customer-focused experience by empowering our users to help themselves through a variety of self-service offers in our Help Center, product platform, and upcoming user community. Your key focus will be on creativity and innovation to develop online education materials and manuals that can help boost our digital user experience. We operate in small, empowered teams and look for people who can prioritize, multi-task, and deliver - because it’s a lot more fun to get things done

**Your primary responsibilities will be**:

- Creating online education materials and manuals that can help boost our digital user experience for both technical and non-technical users
- Creating content that enables customers to quickly troubleshoot their own issues without reaching out to Technical Support
- Collaborating with Engineering, Product Marketing, and the Customer Organization to create resources that don’t just document what the user does but accelerates a user from novice to super user
- Keeping documentation relevant and up to date, as well as ensuring consistency in messaging and tone of voice
- Gathering customer feedback on documentation to improve usability
- Monitoring and reporting relevant metrics
- Staying on top of customer issues by answering tickets and questions in the customer community

**Who are you?**
- 2+ of technical writing experience
- Proficient written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric focus
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with content editing in digital platforms, i.e. in a CRM, community platform, in app messaging
- Resourceful and service-minded team player able to manage multiple activities in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
- Multilingual is a benefit
- SaaS experience is an advantage
- Video editing skills would be fantastic - not a requirement though
