**Position Summary**:
The Inventory Analyst is in charge of assisting in ordering, receiving, and counting all types of products for our organization and is also responsible for ensuring that inventory records are accurate at all times, which they do through monthly counts of all products, and variance analysis.

This individual monitors and maintains current inventory levels, as required; tracks orders and investigates problems; maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports, and plans inventory purchases and WIP builds.

**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Issues supplies, materials, and equipment to employees; manually pre-picks stock items from multi-level racking.
- Completes all necessary paperwork for stock items issued, and forwards to Manager. Receives delivered supplies, materials, and equipment; confirms that delivered goods match purchase order specifications of quantity, condition, model number, etc; completes all necessary paperwork for stock items received, and forwards to Manager.
- Inputs essential data on all materials handled; adheres to strict accounting procedures in this regard.
- Conducts monthly cycle counts of inventory materials based upon inventory classification; completes monthly analysis on inventory usage, variance, and re-order; assists in conducting complete physical inventory count annually.
- Completes weekly WIP build forecasting for all major product families; completes component level forecast for vendors as required.
- Organizes and maintains stock room area for efficient material storage and handling; maintains labeling system on each stock item; manually stocks inventory shelving with stock items received or returned.
- Collaborates with cross functional stakeholders across the business to support some or all the Supply Chain initiatives.

**Essential Job Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Business Management graduate
- Major in Operations or Supply chain preferred

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years

**Required Skills**:

- Keen attention to detail
- Intermediate proficiency with excel
- Ability to identify and plan tasks, set timelines, execute as per plan to achieve overall project success - Ability to work with teams
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- High level of computer literacy
- Familiarity with, and ability to use various types of software
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities

**Certification/Licensing**:
APICS CPIM is an asset but not required

**Working Conditions**:
Minimum 40.0 hours per week - may require extra hours occasionally.
