**Job Summary**
- Preparation of well-grounded Market Research Briefs/Proposals, including Research Problem Identification, Research Objectives and Design
- Management of all aspects of primary research process from end-to-end
- Quantitative research including Survey Design and Data Analysis
- Sampling methodologies and calculations
- Qualitative research including Focus Group Design, Execution and Data Analysis

Under the direction of the Associate Dean, Professors in this department are responsible for providing academic leadership to develop an effective learning environment.

**Responsibilities**:
The duties of this position will include, but are not limited to the following:

- Create a positive learning environment in the classroom and project coaching sessions
- Provide innovative educational delivery and experiences through the use of online educational technology and learning management systems (e.g., Canvas), for in-class delivery. Use a variety of techniques to evaluate student achievement of learning outcomes
- Develop, deliver and revise learning resources
- _ Please note_: our Marketing program courses are taught in-person at the Fennell campus

**Qualifications**:
***The successful applicant will have:

- A university degree in Commerce or Business, ideally with a specialization in Marketing or Marketing Research
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a marketing research role as a research supplier or buyer
- Prior teaching experience at the post-secondary level would be an asset.
- Demonstrated commitment and understanding of human rights, equity, diversity and inclusion with the ability to communicate and work effectively inter-culturally with diverse groups of students, employees and the community.
