Grocery Manager

When you reach the northern shores of beautiful British Columbia hop on a ferry and keep heading west to find us on the picturesque archipelago of Haida Gwaii. Haida Gwaii Cooperative Association is hiring a Grocery Floor Manager at our branch in Masset, BC.

**What you’ll do**:
Working on beautiful Haida Gwaii, the traditional territories of the Haida people, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the Grocery department
- Inventory Management, staff management
- Merchandising, ordering, pricing, managing sales
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Receiving reports, interdepartmental transfers, and all associated paperwork

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:

- You have a high school diploma
- You have at least 5 years experience in a grocery environment
- You have some management/supervision experience
- You are honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
