**Job Summary**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Taekwondo Instructor to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to engage with students of all ages.

**Duties**
- Develop lesson plans, conducting classes for various age groups and skill levels.
- Promoting physical fitness, discipline, and respect for martial arts.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.
- Monitor the training environment to ensure safety protocols are followed, providing guidance and support to prevent injuries.
- Plan and participate in tournaments, belt promotion tests, and other events that enhance students’ experience and engagement.
- Collaborate with other instructors to ensure a cohesive educational approach.

**Requirements / Experince**
- Must hold a recognized Taekwondo black belt (usually 1st degree or higher).
- Current certification in CPR and First Aid.
- Previous experience in teaching or coaching Taekwondo, preferably in a structured setting.
- Knowledge of various Taekwondo techniques, forms (poomsae), and sparring.
- Basic administrative skills to manage class schedules, student records, and payments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students of varying ages and skill levels.
