Minimum requirements:

- Some education in mental health
- Administrative, secretarial, or medical office assistance diploma/ certification preferred. Those who have obtained an Ontario secondary school diploma and can demonstrate significant relevant experience may be considered
- Minimum 1 year experience providing office administration support within mental health or health care related setting
- Minimum 1 year direct experience providing support to patients/ clients who may present as being in distress in a health care, mental health, or similar setting

**Skills**:

- Basic level knowledge of mental health conditions
- Strong customer service skills to ensure positive client experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High degree of professionalism and reliability
- Demonstrated understanding and ability to comply with confidentiality requirements
- Maintain confidential client records
- Match new clients to therapists based on clinician skill set
- Schedule new and existing clients according to clinician availability
- Excellent computer skills required (Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience working with Electronic Medical Record systems
- Ability to reconcile numbers/basic math skills
- Process payments
- Provide basic technological support to clients and therapists in navigating electronic medical record system
- Liaise with technical support team on behalf of clients and therapists to address concerns/ inquiries where needed
- Liaise with insurance companies to address coverage concerns
- Research and liaise with third parties to support practice expansion goals
- Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills

Assets:

- Experience using Canva and similar graphic design tools
- Experience using video editing software
- Experience and/ or interest in editing and managing social media content

Weekdays & evenings required

Some weekends required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Freelance

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
