As a **Bubble Tea Tearista**, you are driven by a deep sense of purpose. You are proactive - never a bystander. You can manage store operations to meet brand standards, and ensure exceptional customer service while creating a positive and fun environment.
**All Employees hired will go through initial basic training**. There are room for promotion within the company As a **Bubble Tea Tarista**, your primary responsibilities will include the following:
**OPERATIONS**
- Assist in day-to-day operation which include (but not limited to) cook, prepare and service various type of bubble tea beverages to customers.
- Perform cashier tasks when required.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the store.
- Assist in stock handling and stock check.
- Other duties as assigned by Store Manager.
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**
- High energy, enthusiastic team leader with a proven dedication to customer service.
- Proven leadership, interpersonal and team management skills. Ability to motivate others.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
- Ability to move and clean throughout the store.
- Capacity to stand for long periods.
**AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS**
- Availability to meet the needs of the business that may include days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
- Shifts include 20 to 40 hours per week: including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Salary**: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
