We are seeking a hardworking and reliable individual to join our team as a Fishing Vessel Factory Worker. As a Fishing Vessel Factory Worker, you will be responsible for both on-shore and off-shore duties to ensure the success of our fishing trips. Your work will involve helping to prepare the vessel for fishing trips, offloading processed fish after a trip, as well as going out for 1-3 weeks at a time to catch and process fish on the fishing vessel (trip length can range from 8 days to 3 weeks depending on the season, quicker trips in the Summer).

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare the vessel for fishing trips by ensuring all equipment and supplies are stocked and ready for use.
- Assist in the offloading of processed fish after a fishing trip.
- Work as a team member to catch and process fish on the fishing vessel during trips.
- Operate and maintain equipment on the fishing vessel.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and boxes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in adverse weather conditions.
- Ability to work on a vessel for extended periods of time (2-3 weeks at a time), including night shifts.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in a fishing-related industry is an asset but not required.

There is a cook on board to provide 3 meals per day while out on trips, so you can focus on your work without worrying about meal preparation. This is a great opportunity to get a high volume of sea time hours if you're looking to work in the marine industry.

**We offer competitive compensation with a range of $20/hour for on-shore work and $2500-$4900 per trip, depending on experience.**
