**Position Title**: PPDR Coordinator

**Status**:Support Appendix D (Contract - March 29, 2024)

**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week

**Faculty/Department**: Program Planning, Development & Renewal (PPDR)

**Campus/Location**:North Campus

**Payband/Hourly Rate Range**:Payband H $33.38 - $38.75

**What you will do**:
Under the direction of the Manager, Program Planning, Development and Renewal, the incumbent will contribute to the Department’s success by providing the following support:

- Administrative - organizing focus groups and site visits; responsible for room bookings, catering, etc.;
- Planning & Renewal - facilitating focus groups and taking notes - identifying themes in conversations, and probing for information, then writing up the results of the focus groups; accessing a variety of data dashboards and interpreting that information for the planning renewal contexts; conducting comparative analyses of academic programs within Humber and across the province, and similar analyses; compiling data and producing pivot tables;
- Development - conducting an annual survey of all partner institutions and researching potential partners; generating transfer information reports; summarize information in both textual and graphical formats.

**Experience & Skills**
- 3 years of administrative experience that requires information gathering, synthesis, and reporting
- In addition, the incumbent will have a demonstrated record of problem solving, time and task management; demonstrated ability to organize and prepare a diverse range of documentation; proven ability to implement document management strategies and systems and Advanced knowledge of Excel
