Job Description

We are seeking a self-starter with excellent communication skills who, effectively collaborates and supports their clients in a constantly changing landscape of Canadian business immigration.

Associate/Lawyer responsibility include:

- Supporting clients in immigration program management and compliance.
- Delegating, overseeing and supporting the work of analyst's, who assist in file preparation, billing and file tracking.
- Assessing eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status in Canada
- Research issues address them proactively and formulate solutions.

Requirements for the Associate/Lawyer
- Canadian bar lawyer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience and knowledge of Canadian immigration law
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships with clients and staff
- Responsible for managing a broad caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to identify issues, analyze facts and determine appropriate case strategy.
- Effectively utilize on-line research tools and comfortable working with client management systems.
- Displays professionalism, quality service and a “positive” can do attitude and contribute to the Firm's overall initiatives.

We are working in a hybrid model of 2 days at the office and 3 days from home.
