Office Cleanner

We are looking to hire a reliable team of 2 cleaners (a must) for Richmond Hill, and they must have a minimum of
** over 10 years of experience** in commercial cleaning services.

In this position, you will be required to dust surfaces, spray and wipe office furniture and showroom accessories
**in great detail**, vacuum carpets and mop floors, and clean toilets and kitchens.

**Cleaning Requirements**:

- **_A team of 2 cleaners (a must)_**:

- Cleaning main entrance glass doors inside out
- 2 kitchens and 1 kitchenette
- 8 single restrooms
- Cleaning desks, tables, cabinets, counters, phones, and showroom accessories etc.
- Removing cobwebs and wiping window frame sills
- Emptying waste containers
- Carpet vacuuming and hard floor mopping
- ** 2 days per week**:Every** **_Wed and every Friday, anytime between 6 p.m. and 11 p.m._
- ** 3 hours per cleaning visit with 2 cleaners**:

- ** Must be available to start mid Jan.**:

- ** To own a vehicle and live within 20 minutes of Richmond Hill (16th Ave./Leslie)**:

- ** Over 10 years of experience in office cleaning; easygoing, trustworthy, friendly, and dependable.**

**Cleaning supplies**:

- We provide vacuum, mop, bucket, dust mop, and all other cleaning solutions

**Pay**:

- Total pay is $650 per month/etransfers
