Floor Supervisor

We are looking for strong Floor Supervisors to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the managing and the successful operation of all event activities - Maintain open lines of communication between all department heads: Head Chef & Operations Team.
- Staff development and set performance goals for all team members
- Provide fast and efficient service in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist the sales department in the administration of billing and invoicing, and maintaining communication with key accounts through accurate reporting in their End of Shift Reports.
- Make sure all tables are clean and properly set at all times.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage menu items.
- Must maintain a clean and neatly pressed uniform suitable for the position as outlined in your employee handbook.
- Other job related duties as assigned.
- Valid Smart Serve Required
- WHMIS & WSA Training required, but can be completed once hired.

**Skills**:

- Excellent problem solving and people management skills with above average written and oral communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently as well as an integral member of the team. Ability to time manage and multi-task numerous responsibilities.
- The ability to perform under pressure with the knowledge of all related food and beverage positions and job duties.

**The Manor has NO available public transit.**

Ability to provide your own reliable mode of transportation is required. We are located at 16750 Weston Road, King, Ontario. 15 minutes north of Wonderland, off of Hwy 400 between Lloydtown/Aurora Sideroad and Hwy 9, or 15 minutes west of Newmarket via Hwy 9.

Flexible hours and time off are available. Wage is negotiable.

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (preferred)
