Janitor/cleaner

**Responsibilities**
- Sweeping, mopping, wiping racks, dusting, yard maintenance, building maintenance, etc.
- Process trash removal.
- Clean restrooms throughout the shift
- Set up and clean employee workspaces.
- Assist with meeting set-up and teardown.
- Make sure the establishment is clean and meets all safety requirements
- Maintain janitorial supplies organized
- Other duties - TBD
- Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment or snow removal equipment
- Skills to make minor repairs (drywall repair, paint restorations, etc.)
- Ability to work independently
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Ability to keep an organized record of cleaning supply inventory
- Ability to perform maintenance checks on the ventilation system
- Problem-solving skills

Shift 1. : Hours: (Consist of 4 days)
**Monday - Thursday (5:30 AM - 5 PM) = 44 hours**
**Can discuss shift hours (Monday - Thursday) if less is needed due to flexibility.**

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
