**Job Description**:
Our team is seeking a hardworking, committed, and enthusiastic Game Presentation & Events Manager to join our high energy staff and become a leader in the sports and entertainment industry. This role’s responsibilities will be primarily focused on the Toronto Argonauts (Argos), while also providing additional support to Toronto Football Club (TFC) and TFC II.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the collaboration with marketing, and global partnership department to handle all in game promotions and serves as the game night Producer for all Argos home preseason, regular season and playoff games
- Coordinate the organization, production, and execution of all assets for game nights with a focus on operational excellence
- Lead the hiring of part time staff, including but not limited to Game Day operations staff, Argos A Team (Cheer/Dance team), Mascot/In game entertainment and pyro team
- Work closely with other departments (i.e. Global Partnerships, Ticket Sales, Marketing, and Community Relations) to help activate department objectives
- Lead the development of an entertaining in-game presentation experience for the fans of Toronto, with the goal of creating the best show that connects with our in venue audience
- In conjunction with the CFL, lead the planning and execution of the Touchdown Atlantic game in Halifax
- In conjunction with the CFL, lead in the planning and execution of the Argos presence at the annual Grey Cup Festival
- Lead Argos specific events such as The Shipyard (Pre game activation), Sponsorship of High School Football Championships, and others as required
- In conjunction with the CFL, play a lead role in the project management for hosting a future Grey Cup and Grey Cup Festival at BMO Field
- Available to work scheduled home games or events including evenings, weekends, and holidays as well as other events as required

This role will be primarily located at BMO Training Ground, and Coca Cola Coliseum but may also include time spent at 50 Bay Street (Toronto) and BMO Field (Toronto) or remotely. Some consideration for flexible work hours will be given in line with current MLSE and Argos policy.

**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in Game Presentation, Event Execution and experience managing a young and dynamic team
- Desire to deliver with excellence, precision, and understand the importance of the role in creating lifelong fans of the Argos and the CFL
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain positive and encouraging working relationships
- Manage multiple projects at once, be self-directed, work independently and handle creative direction/feedback.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative group environment, be a flexible and reliable teammate (both within own department and within company as a whole)
- While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, run, reach, kneel, talk and hear.
- Nature of the position requires unlimited physical mobility and the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Ability to adjust to changing work hours and locations as needed.
- Proven understanding of football and soccer, preferably with increased knowledge of CFL Football, Argos and TFC.
