- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed for various construction tasks.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision, following safety protocols at all times.
- Help with the installation of structures and fixtures, including framing, drywall, and flooring.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean work area by disposing of waste materials and debris properly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
