Our nursing home (your new home?) is a 100-bed person-centered care home located in Sussex, New Brunswick. You will be joining approximately 100 other caring and amazing staff members who interact daily with our residents and their families.

**We currently have a vacancy for the role of LPN.**

Our LPN team leaders are an important part of the care team, which also includes registered nurses and resident attendants (PSWs). LPNs provide nursing services to residents in accordance with the scope of practice as defined by the Association of New Brunswick Licensed Practical Nurses (ANBLPN). We are looking for energetic and keen LPN's who are registered with ANBLPN.

Our care team consists of RNs, LPNs, and RA’s (PSW), EVS, and Dietary staff members who are committed to providing the highest quality of care in a safe and home-like environment. The care team work together to ensure a holistic approach to address individualized resident needs.

**What we hope you can offer us**:

- Current registration with the Association of New Brunswick Licensed Practical Nurses
- Demonstrated ability to work with a team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to use them with residents, their families, visitors, and other team members
- Physically capable of performing assigned duties
- Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction to other care team members
- A conscientious and responsible personality that is adaptable and willing to lead as we embark on projects to improve the lives of our residents

**Salary**: $29.04-$35.87 per hour
