Resort Host

The Springs RV Resort is a recreational RV Resort with 206 RV sites. The Resort's proximity, less than 90 minutes from Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, makes it very appealing to our RV lot owners and guests who want to escape the city and spend their leisure time in a beautiful setting. Although the majority of the RV sites are enjoyed by the lot owners on weekends and holidays, the Resort also has 20 overnight rental sites which are open to the public to reserve from April through October.

The Resort Host is responsible for the running of the office, reservations and welcoming guests and Owners. The Resort Host reports to the Resort Manager.

**The Resort is also seeking to hire a Resort Manager, which will be advertised separately. A couple with the relevant skills & qualifications will be considered for these two positions.

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the Resort top priority.
- Answer phone calls, and book reservations - computer skills necessary.
- Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about the Resort.
- Manage waitlists.
- Professionally handle guests' or owners' complaints or concerns.
- Inform overnight guests and day guests of the Resort rules.

**Skills**:

- Strong hospitality skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor for both resort owners and daily rental guests.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide assistance as needed
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
- Computer skills necessary to work with online reservation system.
- Proficient in guest services to address inquiries or resolve issues promptly.

**Salary**: $2,400.00-$3,000.00 per month
