Epoxy Flooring Foreman

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols on the job site
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, workers, and owners
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Keep accurate records of project progress and documentation

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years in epoxy flooring installation or related field. or otherwise adequate expertise in field
- Strong knowledge of epoxy, concrete, driveways and proper construction
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

**Salary**: $33.00-$35.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Saskatoon, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
