**We're excited about the innovation required to aid in the production of the crop**s farmers grow to feed the world, and we currently have an open opportunity for you as a Payroll Administrator. In this role you will manage the payroll process for all employees and support various HR functions.**
**In This Role You Will**:
- ** **Prepare, verify, and process payroll related payments for all employees**:
- ** **Review timesheet approvals and adjust with supervisors as required.**:
- ** **Prepare payroll related filings and supporting documentations, such as year-end tax statements, pension, and Records of Employment**:
- ** **Maintain and update employee information**:
- ** **Administer benefits including pension plan and group benefits**:
- ** **Support employees with payroll and benefit inquiries**:
- ** **Provide an exceptional employee experience as you onboard new employees.**:
- ** **Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies**:
- ** **Assist with the development and implementation of payroll policies, procedures, or processes**
**We’re looking for**:
- ** **Working towards or completed a certificate/degree in Payroll is preferred, although a combination of experience and education will be considered.**:
- ** **Experience working in a Payroll functions.**:
- ** **Knowledge of employment regulations and compliance.**:
- ** **Strong attention to detail and accuracy.**:
- ** **Professionalism and a team-oriented, collaborative attitude.**:
- ** **The ability to thrive in change and a passion for continuous improvement.**:
- ** **Digital technology skills with MS Office, payroll software and/or HRIS.**:
- ** **Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.**:
- ** **Clear, concise, and effective written and verbal communication skills.**:
