Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Coordinate and oversee daily production activities to meet quality and production goals
- Develop and implement production schedules and procedures
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards
- Train, supervise, and evaluate production staff
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance activities
- Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed in the production area
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years Previous experience in plant management, ideally in beverage/canning lines
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and practices
- Basic math skills for inventory management and production calculations
- Forklift operation experience is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
