BINX Professional Cleaning is looked to expand our team. We are looking for Evening Supervisor to join us

**HOURS OF WORK- FULL-TIME INCLUDING ON CALL AND WEEKENDS.**

If you are a PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN CUT and ENERGETIC person with an eye for detail and always have a smile on your face this position is for you

**You MUST have a valid G driver's license and your own vehicle with your own insurance. You MUST have a clean Criminal Record and be available to work weekends.**

**The job involves but is not limited**:

- Perform cleaning tasks as per schedule.
- Train new employees.
- Work with other staff to ensure cleaning is maintained with BINX standards.
- Maintaining upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products and addressing repairs or replacements as needed.
- Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products.
- Able to work independently and work well with others.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous cleaning experience is a must.
- Management/Supervisory experience is a must.

**Expectations are as follows**:

- Responsible for keys and codes.
- Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
- Training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a partner or as a team.
- Must be reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to your job and duties.
- Ability to adapt to changing work schedules or routines.
- Time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Organized and able to follow a schedule.
- Physically able to reach, stretch, bend and walk during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push a vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time.
- General knowledge of cleaning supplies and techniques for cleaning.
- Available to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
- Flexible working hours.
