Do you want to work in a start-up environment with the resources of Amazon behind you? We’re building a new team in Toronto to help build out Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC). AMC is a secure, privacy-safe, and cloud-based environment in which advertisers can easily perform analytics across multiple data sets to generate insights to take programmatic actions. Our services ingest billions of behavioral signals every day. Speed, scale, and accuracy are critical to our success.

We’re looking for experienced, motivated software engineers with a proven track record of building data engineering and scalable web services. If you are passionate about developing analytical solutions to solve business problems, and you are looking for a team that drives results that influence Amazon’s business, this is the right place for you.

Key job responsibilities
- Design new components and services
- Plan for the best operational posture for the services
- Mentor and grow other engineers in the team
- Drive experiments to discover best path forward

Toronto, ON, CAN
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
