**Title of the Role**:Door-Knocking Lead Generator

**About the Role**:
As a Door-Knocking Lead Generator, you will be responsible for canvassing neighborhoods to identify potential customers for our roof shingle replacement services. This role is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Canvass neighborhoods to identify homes with potentially damaged or old roof shingles
- Engage homeowners in friendly conversations about our services
- Gather homeowner contact information and distribute promotional materials
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads
- Meet or exceed weekly lead generation targets

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and high energy
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a professional demeanor
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Available to work evenings and Saturdays
- Reliable transportation to travel to different neighborhoods

**Minimum Physical requirements**:

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while canvassing.
- Comfortable with frequent movement, including stairs and various terrains.
- Ability to carry marketing materials such as brochures and business cards.
- Tolerance for working in various weather conditions.

**Salary Information**:
$17-$20 per hour

Incentive bonus for leads brought in

**Schedule Information**:
Tuesday-Friday 11AM-7PM

Saturday 9AM-5PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3-5 months

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
