Resource Counsellor

Youth Habilitation Quinte Inc.’s Employment Ontario Employment Services Program, known as Career Edge, requires a Resource Counsellor to provide services in its Picton location. This is a full-time permanent position commencing as soon as possible.

**Who You Are**
As a Resource Counsellor you are part of our Employment Services team and are the first point of contact for our clients. Your passion for providing exceptional customer service contributes to creating a safe and welcoming environment for clients.

**Skills We’re Looking For**:

- Engaging personality to work effectively with the public
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong research abilities to identify local resources and community supports
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Knowledge of the local labour market and labour legislation

**Qualifications Required**:

- University Degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of two years of related experience is preferred
- Valid driver’s licence
