Therapy Associate

MK Psychology, is a growing private practice based out of Sherwood Park.

We are adding two Therapy Associates (Independent Contractor) to our team who can offer individual and couples counselling to teens and adults.

As a practice we offer in-person and online sessions.

We are proud to have our in-person clients coming from Sherwood Park, Fort Saskatchewan, Vegreville, Lamont, Beaumont, Leduc, Edmonton, and as far away as Red Deer. We continue to grow our online client base. We have clients from five additional provinces and one territory.

MK Psychology is offering an in-house Associate position out of our offices and an out of office Associate.

The in-house Associate will be provided with office space, set but flexible days, and an agreed upon minimum amount of clients.

The out of office Associate will decide how many counselling sessions/week they’d like to offer and can determine their own schedule.

Associates can set their your own schedules and declare what types of clients and issues they’d like to support.

Associates are welcome to have their own private practices and utilize the opportunity with MK Psychology to increase their income.

MK Psychology will provide Associates with infrastructure that includes access to a scheduling program, a platform for online sessions, administrative support, marketing, leads, and more.

Associates can count on MK Psychology managing the tasks and responsibilities associated with running the practice.

As an Associate with MK Psychology, you will enjoy the independence of being your own boss, without the isolation of working alone.

Associate contracts are based on a split fee percentage scale (50/50 to 90/10 in favour of the Associate) based on experience and the number of sessions offered per month. Ratios would change in favour of the associate(s) should they be open to working with EAP clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $90.00-$150.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
