Baker/baker assistant - vancouver near main/skytrain
- Patisserie Lebeau is seeking a team member passionate about baking. Our company is fast growing, we are looking for stable staff, who are interested in manufacturing waffles, bread dough making and eager to learn. Training and coaching provided. Our products ship across Canada. Our facility is clean and equipped with all European equipment. This job has great advancement opportunities.

Job duties:

- follow recipes and ensure accurate measurements of ingredients
- preparing bread dough, waffle dough, pie dough, sugar dough and cookies dough
- monitor baking process to ensure goods are baked to perfectio
- packing
- machine equipment maintenance
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist inventory rotation
- keep stock record
- receiving ingredients
- knowledge of operating the bakery equipment is a plus

**Requirements**:

- **MUST HAVE** proven previous work experience in bakery, or baking industry preferred.
- follow recipes, precision in measurement, baking time, instructions, and attention to details.
- must work clean
- able to lift 20 kg bag of flour.
- excellent communication and teamwork skills

Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30pm

**Salary**: From $19.50 per hour
