Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced flat roofers to join our team. As a flat roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial buildings. This is a physically demanding role that requires working at heights and using various tools and equipment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install new roofs on residential and commercial buildings
- Repair and replace damaged or worn-out roofs
- Inspect roofs for leaks, damage, or other issues
- Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installations
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions
- Install insulation and vapor barriers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times

**Skills**:

- Understand roofing specifications
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment common in the roofing industry
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding conditions
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and best practices
- Skilled in carpentry and general construction tasks
- Familiar with regulations related to roofing installations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

**Experience**:

- Torch experience preferred but not required

**Salary**: $24.00-$28.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
